- Data is processed for the purpose of presenting the offer of DK NOTUS S.A. financial tools.
- The procedure of personal data processing is based on article 23 of law 1 item 5 of the Data Protection Law (Journal of Laws, 2002, no 101 item 926 with changes).
- Delivery of personal data is voluntary.
- One is entitled to be given access to its personal data and its change at every stage of personal data processing,
- The assent to receive commercial information according to art. 10, law 2 as of 18th July 2002 regarding services rendered through electronic media (Journal of Laws, no 144, item 1204 with changes), expressed through marking the acceptance field “I hereby agree to receive commercial information” and provision of e-mail address, may be cancelled at any time.
